We direct the traffic generated from your Pay-per Click (PPC) account to your website. This is because we believe that your website is where you can best communicate to your customers your message.
You should have access to it and be able to update the site as needed. If you don’t we can help there as well. I have seen websites that have not been updated in years. This is not good. It can affect your advertising and hurt your “quality” scores on Google.
Some of our competitors will create a one page website and use that as a landing page. They then direct all the traffic to that site. They will put a link to your site but how many people will click through to it? They do this because they can show you super statistics for that page. They accomplish this by limiting keywords and increasing the bid price on those words. This is not good. I will concede that it can be helpful in limited cases. Overall you want to grow your site.
